If you have a chore request, please call the Council on Aging at 419-523-4121.  We do ask that you be home when the work is completed.  We also want to thank you for providing the supplies.

A Licensed Social Worker is available to make personal contact with older adults to help them learn about available services and to assist them in using these services. An outreach worker helps clients in completing paperwork and cutting the “red tape” for a variety of programs.  Assistance can be provided in your home or in the office.
